Role and Responsibility:
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.

Monitors and reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher echelon headquarters and makes recommendations.  Develops plans and orders.  Provides input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans and operations.  Develops and integrates cyberspace capabilities into deliberate, contingency, operation, and crisis action planning.  Provides input for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to OCO, DCO, and the securing, operating, and defending of the DODIN.  Provides input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and be prepared to modify development planning efforts.  Contributes to the development of exercise scenarios, exercise operational plans.  Conducts research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR).  Participates in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), and Operational Planning Groups/Teams (OPG/OPTs).

In this role you will get to support CYBERCOM's Information Technology (IT) Directorate with internal task management. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate throughout the organization to ensure knowledge of and the timely and appropriate responses to internal tasks and requests for information

• Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures and manage communication with all leads

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate response schedules and actions to achieve positive end results

• Utilize an internal Task Management System to manage actions.

• Review and determine all appropriate requirements required for task completion

• Monitor and ensure compliance to all Quality Assurance procedures and evaluate all task comments and responses.

• Administer all phases of task responses, including final coordination with Leadership for concurrence.


Required Skills:

• Active TS/SCI w/ poly

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• 4+ years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects

• 3+ years DoD/Military Staff experience


Desired Skills:

• Information Technology (IT) experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Knowledge Management skills and abilities

•Solid communications skills with senior leaders
