• Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process
• Develop technical documentation, network/system architecture, and network/system design documentation
• Interact with the Government regarding Network Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts
• Oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Network/Systems Engineering area of responsibility
• Communicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
• Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems
• Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establishes effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners
• Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers
• Work complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team
• Design and deliver solutions
• Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Network or System Engineer
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification (CISSP or CASP+CE)
• Exposure to Cloud/AWS
• A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution
• Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)
• Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineering

• Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph
